At Pet Customs, we create personalized products that are unique to you and your pet. Due to the custom nature of our work, we don't offer returns. We put a lot of care into designing your artwork to make it special.
If you're not happy with your final product, please reach out to us. We're passionate about customer satisfaction and always strive to ensure you're pleased with the final masterpiece.
If you received the wrong product or your order was damaged during delivery, we'll replace it without any hassle. Just let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We offer unlimited revisions to your artwork before it's printed. Unlimited revisions refer to small changes that can be made to the artwork. If you need a significant change like using a different photo, you have the option to change the photo once per order.
If you are unhappy with the preview of the artwork that we send before print, and don’t wish to continue with revisions, we’ll refund your order. Our top priority is for you to LOVE your art!
