Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually created and shipped within 2-5 days. This may take a bit longer during sales periods. Transit times vary by country (listed below).

Note: If there's an issue with your order, like needing a new pet photo, it will understandably take more time to process.

We also send all customers artwork proof for your approval before printing. So the quicker you approve, the faster we can ship!

All orders come with tracking, and you'll receive a tracking number by email once it's available.

NOTE:Please expect delays during the holiday period (Nov/Dec) as couriers handle a high volume of parcels.

Estimated transit times are as follows:

• USA: 3-5 working days
• Canada, Australia, UK: 5-7 working days
• Europe: 5-10 working days
• Rest of the world: 10-15 working days

Additional Notes:

• Occasionally, we offer a "skip the queue" option for faster artwork creation. This speeds up the creation process but doesn't affect the shipping time.
• If your order requires a new photo, please understand that it will naturally take longer to process.
• We allow a maximum of 3 days (72 hours) for customer artwork approval. If we don't hear from you within that time, we will auto-approve and print your order.
