Do you create pet customs for animals other than cats and dogs?

Absolutely! We take pride in designing modern custom products that showcase the adorable face of any pet or animal you cherish.

Does the background of my photo make a difference?

Nope! We can typically work with most photos provided. Ideally your pet is the clear focal point of your photo but we'll reach out to you if there are any issues with the photo provided.

How do you produce the artwork?

We are a digital design studio specializing in transforming your original photos into captivating pet portraits. We utilize a wide array of proprietary illustration techniques, professional photo retouching, and intricate brush strokes to create beautiful, original artworks of your beloved pets.

Do you provide a preview of the artwork before production?

Yes! We want to make sure that you LOVE your art so we'll send you a preview for your approval before we print. We allow a maximum of 3 days (72 hours) for customer artwork approval. If we don't hear from you within that time, we will auto-approve and print your order.

What are the shipping times and prices?

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do! Every order also ships with tracking, regardless of the destination country.

What if I don't like the artwork?

We're 100% dedicated to ensuring that you love your artwork!

Once your portrait is ready, we'll notify you via email with a preview. You'll have 3 days to either send us a change request, or approve it for printing. If 3 days go by and we don't hear from you, we'll consider it approved and will proceed with printing.

If you don't love your artwork preview, or any of the unlimited revisions, you can request a full refund before we print your art.

Do you offer refunds after the approval process?

As your order is 100% unique and custom made just for you and your pet, we do not accept returns / refunds.

If you have a problem with your order, let us know and we'll fix it for you.

Remember, we offer artwork previews and unlimited revisions so you can make sure you're 100% happy with your artwork before printing!
